Anger can be like a soda in a can shacking up, and if we open up the cap at that given we will make a mess of everything around us, including ourselves. The chose is the decide whether to allow to pressure in the can to settle down, or open it up knowing “something is going to happen”. Self-Control of our emotions is to become a master of our soul.
