Cutting Edge Anger Management Strategy

Are you looking for an anger management conflict tool or system that will help you make positive changes in your life, students, child or people you care about? When it comes to controlling anger and emotions I believe WIT4LIFE is one of the aides that can be used in addition to professional and legal anger management treatment. This is not a one fits all solution for anger control, but an additional resource to help in gaining authority over your emotions.

WIT4 Life is a cutting edge anger management strategy that can be effective at all age levels.
This WIT4LIFE is about meeting our children and youth where they are and getting down to their level. So, often we as therapist forget that they have minds that drift off into this world of imagination and really don’t want to face the reality that they “lose it” some times and fall into a rage for little reason. However, what if we could meet our children and youth right where they are, what I call “Where They Are” then I believe we would see a very different response from them. What if we could use music that they can relate to, to do therapy and show them ager management techniques? What is we could ride a bike and do trick flips and teach them about self-esteem while at the same time helping them decrease depression without medicine? What if we can just draw pictures and suddenly they begin to open to us a whole new world we never knew they knew about, let alone we did not know existed period.

You see cutting edge is not about using cutting edge technology or new age techniques, or even trying to get the child’s praise or acceptance, cutting edge is about “Meeting them where they are and being more concerned about their needs then our own”. WIT4LIFE is about this, seeing how I as a grown man, attempt to relate no matter how foolish, childish, or un-orthodox, or non-tradition my therapy may seem, the question is at the end of my session or the end of the day, did I reach that child? Did I say something or do something that will cause them to think twice before they attempt to make a wrong move, lose their cool, call someone out of their name, or simple fight and go into a rage.

I know we can’t all always use methods that are out the box, but do we attempt to explore other ways that can possibly work. After all, we have the present techniques because someone was willing to say, “I wonder what would happen if I use this approach?” Selah.

Anger Management Qoutes as Anedotes

Anger Management Qoutes as Anedotes

My thoughts on self-controlled anger before you meditate on the following qoutes.

The next time you think about getting anger, think about these quotes first. Ask yourself is it really worth it. What will be the end result of getting anger, and losing my cool. Remember, it’s ok to get angry, anger is an emotion we all have the challenge is making sure our anger doesn’t get out of control and cause us to do something that harms someone else. Therefore we ask ourselves also to what degree will I allow myself to get angry. Anger can be like a soda in a can shacking up, and if we open up the cap at that given we will make a mess of everything around us, including ourselves. The chose is the decide whether to allow to pressure in the can to settle down, or open it up knowing “something is going to happen”. Self-Control of our emotions is to become a master of our soul. Master your soul and you will master your life, master your life and your will help save another life, because you have learn lessons that will help others from preventing mistakes once done.

Meditate on the Favorite quotes that speak to your inner man. Remember, anger is a spiritual force that should be tamed by your spiritual source of inner peace and mind.

“Bitterness is like cancer. It eats upon the host. But anger is like fire. It burns it all clean.
— Maya Angelou —

“The Best remedy for a short temper is a long walk.”
—Jacqueline Schiff—

“A wise thing to do while in a conflict & angry is to walk away, and learn to pick and choose your battles some are not even worth losing your time or mind over.”
— John W Rhodes—

“What ever is begun in anger ends in shame.”
—Benjamin Franklin—

“He who angers you conquers you.”
—Elizabeth Kenny—

“For every minute you remain angry, you give up sixty seconds of peace of mind.”
—Ralph Waldo Emerson—

“A wrathful man stirreth up strife: but he that is slow to anger appeaseth strife. —Proverbs 15:18—

“Anger makes you smaller, while forgiveness forces you to grow beyond what you were.”
—Cherie Cater-Scott—

“I don’t have to attend every argument I’m invited to.”
—Author Unknown—
“Seize this moment to harness peace, then all harmony will gravitate toward you with ease.” —John W Rhodes —

How Anger Management Can Preserve HUMAN LIFE?

How Anger Management Can Preserve HUMAN LIFE?

WHY THE WORDS PRESERVING HUMAN LIFE?

ANGER MANAGEMENT & CONFLICT RESOLUTION MADE EASY FOR CHILDREN AND YOUTH: WIT4LIFE the book in which I wrote includes wise & witty strategies put into the most simplistic and comprehensive form to help children and youth learn how to control emotions and preserving life, thus is why it is called WIT4LIFE.  To preserve a life simply means to to keep safe from harm to keep alive.  When one is able to make a decision to keep from harming others or oneself is a great accomplishment especially if anger tends to be one of your weak points.

You see we are all made up differently, and one man’s weakness may be another man’s strength. If we listen, watch and learn from how others handle anger we can use the same technique for ourselves.

For me personally I have learned to meditate and pray when I get so upset that I want to do something stupid.  But, even before that I have to take time to breath, pause, be still, think, or even ask someone else opinion to make sure I am not thinking irrational.  Which is also a great technique to stay calm or “keep your cool”.

If we can show an individual that violence is not an option or to use a non-violent action in the mist of their then we can preserve a life.  Some of the greatest leaders in non-violence used anger management techniques, such as Ghandi and Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.

They (non-violence movement leaders) were calm even in the most hostile degrading environment, but after they stood the test of time along with applying a strategy to obtain an end result, they were given honor after going through a an extended time of testing.

Why do I use the words, “Preserving Life”?  When one doesn’t learn to control their emotions and allow anger to take over, other people are hurt, offended and lives can even be lost due violence.  Violence & fatal deaths can be the end result of un-controlled anger & and senseless acts.  Thus, if we can give a child anger management skills, plus help them understand the philosophy of non-violence, then our living is not in vain.

CONDITIONING OF THE MIND & SPIRIT

“Always aim at complete harmony of thought and word and deed. Always aim at purifying your thoughts and everything will be well.” –  Mohandas Gandhi

“A man who was completely innocent, offered himself as a sacrifice for the good of others, including his enemies, and became the ransom of the world. It was a perfect act.”

Mohandas Gandhi

The next time you are teaching someone whether it is an adult or child, think of it as preserving a life or saving a life.  That makes it worth the while and effort when you think with the end in mind.

ANGER MANAGEMENT & CONFLICT RESOLUTION MADE EASY FOR CHILDREN AND YOUTH: WIT4LIFE,  are wise & witty strategies put into the most simplistic and comprehensive form to help children and youth learn how to control emotions and preserving life, thus is why it is called WIT4LIFE.
